Teams

• Our teams analyze and solve complex, challenging problems, deliver maintainable products and support them. We combine project management, electrical engineering, software engineering and testing specialists with client and outside experts to form effective, goal oriented teams.
  
  
• Product teams usually consist of two to five Slaymaker Systems staff members specializing in different aspects of the project. We also bring on board other engineering and design experts to enhance our competencies as needed.
  
  
• The key to our teams' successes is that we communicate and coordinate closely, both with our in-house team members and with other contributors and stakeholders in the development process.
  
  
• As projects evolve through multiple phases in their natural life cycle, we adjust staff, management processes and tools to bring just the right combination of skills and techniques to bear on each phase.
